1. Scan through the Catalog categories and select the items that you wish to purchase.
Enter the quantities of each item in the box to the right of the item.
2. Enter the number Special Names in the box to the right of that listing you will enter
the Special Names in the Order Form later.
3. After entering the items and their quantities, just click on the Order Button to go to
the Order Form.
4. Fill out the order form and be sure to enter the Special Names at this time.
5. Print the form and you have a choice of Mailing the form if you are paying by Check,
Credit Card or Money Order.
6. For Credit Card Orders you may also Phone, Fax or Mail the Form with your Card
Information.
7. On the Order Form, Open the "Shipping Charges Info" section to get the amount of
charges for shipping and handling.

NOTE: A stock Golf Marker Names, Golf Ball Gift Boxes, Key Rings and Writing Pens are
Stock Items and will be shipped within 5 to 10 work days.

Special Names are not Stock Items and because they have to be made special, it will take
between 5 to 6 weeks. Special Names must not have more than 8 letters.
